Bananas are Delectable


I love eating them. I will buy a whole bunch at a time. I will then eat at least one a day. It is pretty good. I will eat them plain or put them in things such as banana pudding. Once they have gone bad I like to make things such as banana bread or chocolate chip banana muffins.
Banana is containing three natural sugars – sucrose, fructose and glucose- combined with fiber, a banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes.

There are so many different things that you can do with such awesome fruit. They are definitely the best of all of the fruit. I know that my nieces and nephews really enjoy bananas better than any other fruit that they eat.

I really like eating them with all of my family. It is really fun.
